• What happens at the end of my contract?

o Contracts automatically renew (unless we receive notice of your intent to cancel) into a month-to-month contract at the same rate after the initial term.

• Are membership discounts offered for family members?

o Yes. We offer a 20% discount for each additional family member living in the same household. Children 23 years and younger qualify. Discount is given to the lowest priced memberships.

• Can I purchase a membership for my minor child?

o Yes. Memberships for minors can be purchased with the following age restriction terms.

▪ Age 16 and up – full use of gym.

▪ Age 14-15 – must be supervised by parent/guardian or trainer.

▪ Age 13 and under – call our gym for details on services offered.

• When is my monthly membership due?

o You can choose the 1st or 15th of the month on your Member Profile Form for your auto-draft to occur.

• Do I have to pay through auto-draft?

o Yes. Some exceptions may be considered. Please email us at ironhousefrontdesk@gmail.com for inquiries.

• What charges are subject to sales tax?

o Membership Fees, Promotional and Drop-in Class Passes, Guest Passes, Apparel and Merchandise purchases.

• Can I change my membership package type during my 12-month contract?

o Yes. We allow members to change their membership package twice within a 12-month period.

• Will I be able to try a class prior to purchasing a Premium membership?

o Yes. Each member can try one class for free. Ask staff about details.

• Can I take classes without the Premium membership?

o Yes. Members can purchase class drop-ins through our Iron House app.
